Our standard rolling contract length for managed services is three months. As you can imagine, there’s some effort to be done upfront in getting to know your business & this contract length gives us time to showcase the value we can bring to your organisation.

Yes we do. Every client we work with is different with different levels of support needed; your business is likely no exception. When working with Vesium, we will create a SLA tailored to your business – This includes estimating the number of support days/hours you will need per month.

We tailor our support packages to suit the clients needs and so we’d love to find out more from you before discussing costs. 

Our minimum number of support days is three days per month.

Vesium has offices in the UK, Netherlands & Turkey. We have a flexible work policy which means many of our team work remotely, however we’re always keen to organise face to face meetings with out clients; Afterall, you can’t beat in-person interaction.
